with an Arizona title, but the title has a stamp stating for export only, can this vehicle be registered legally in california? since it is techincally being exported our of that state?
However, I have already taken it to the DMW and have obtained a permit for 90 days and have an appointment with CHP for a VIN replacement application referral….What will go on at that appointment?

No. It means the vehicle cannot be registered anywhere in the United States, but is to be exported only. Exported which means out of the United States. Most of them wind up in Mexico although there is a good market for them in South Africa also.
